5.08mm Cable Header 12 Way
This high-performance 12-way cable header, featuring a 5.08mm pitch, is engineered to deliver reliable electrical connections in demanding industrial and commercial applications. It supports both solid and flexible conductors from 1.0 to 2.5mm² (28–12AWG) and employs M3 screw terminals with a 7mm strip length for secure termination and optimal torque of 0.5N·m. Under UL specifications, it is rated at 300V and 15A (Type B) with a secondary rating of 10A (Type D); according to IEC standards, it is rated at 320V and 20A, with surge capability up to 4kV (III/2). Its pluggable design features a 0° connection direction and a single row layout for easy integration. Constructed with tin-plated copper alloy contacts and housed in flame-retardant PA66 (UL94V-0), this header is compliant with REACH/RoHS and meets IEC61984/UL1059 test standards. It operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -40℃ to +105℃.
