3.81mm Cable Header 5-Way
The 3.81mm 5-way cable header provides a secure, pluggable screw terminal solution for reliable wire-to-board connections in compact PCB layouts. With a 3.81mm pitch and horizontal wire entry, it accommodates solid or flexible wires (0.5–1.5mm² / 28–16AWG) and features M2 slotted screws for a strong mechanical bond.
Tested to IEC61984 and UL1059 standards, it offers a UL-rated voltage of 300V at 8A and IEC-rated voltage of 250V at 7A. The unit includes tin-plated copper alloy contacts, housed in a flame-retardant PA66 material (UL94V-0), ensuring excellent electrical and thermal performance across a wide temperature range.
