This 0.7mm diameter lead-free solder wire features the 96SC alloy (SAC387), composed of 95.5% tin, 3.8% silver, and 0.7% copper. It uses Crystal 511 (3 Core) flux with 2% activity, providing good wetting and ensuring excellent results on difficult substrates. The no-clean, clear flux leaves low residue, making it ideal for clean finishes. The eutectic melting point of 217°C offers reliable soldering.
